Topics include suicide prevention among young adults, how to talk to children about suicide, the impact of digital platforms, struggles related to substance abuse, grief support, and targeted efforts for migrant and domestic workers.

Day 2

Theme: Cultivate Care and Cherishing Life

This workshop focuses on strengthening community-based suicide prevention efforts by exploring practical, emotional, and innovative approaches to care. It begins with an opening address by mental health professionals and advocates, followed by a session on supporting friends and relatives of individuals with suicidal ideation. The afternoon sessions dive into understanding and preventing elderly suicide, and empowering the wider community to share care responsibilities. In the evening, participants will choose from breakout sessions that explore protective factors such as spiritual well-being, the use of art therapy, AI-driven communication tools for caregiving, and building resilience through positive psychology.
